Reiki Training in the Usui Reiki Ryoho and Essential Reiki practices is available in 3 levels at MYSTS. We offer comprehensive
instruction with ample hands on practical experience, with the goal of assisting students in developing a fulfilling daily personal
practice. "Reiki" training is widely available in our area, with many competent teachers, Mysts, offers a balanced, inclusive training

Reiki First Degree Class is a 12
hour training offered quarterly, is a series of 4 - 3 hour classes offered one night a week for a month or 2- 6 hour classes held
on consecutive Saturdays.
The first degree class, begins students on their Reiki journey, it provides the foundation of a personal
balancing practice, and the basics of hands on treatments. Students begin self treatments from the first class, and deepen their connection
and understanding as the class continues.
Attendance at all 4 sessions is required.
Reiki Second Degree Class is offered
to students who have completed our First degree class, and have been practicing daily self treatment for at least 3 months, and occasionally
others on a case by case basis. Reiki Second degree deepens student's personal practice, and expands it to include treatment at a
distance. Please note the First degree is adequate for most personal healing and hands on treatment, the Second degree is taught with
the emphasis on treatment of others.
Reiki Second degree class is 12 hours of training offered in 4-3 hour classes meeting once a week
for a month. Homework is required.
Attendance at all 4 sessions and daily homework are required.
Reiki Master Training
The Third Degree Class is a one year apprenticeship - internship, and is offered on a case by case basis to students who have completed
our second degree class (other applicants considered on application), who have established a daily self treatment practice of at least
6 months and who have a desire to teach Reiki. If you are thinking of choosing a Master level class, please contact us to discuss

Reiki Refresher Class
We are often approached by those who have taken the training
and for some reason, failed to develop a daily practice, who believe they need to be re-attuned or start their training all over.
Once you have recieved initiation attunements they are yours for life, to answer these concerns and jumpstart a personal practice
we have developed a 2 day Reiki Refresher for each level of training, each level is an 8 hour course divided into 2-4 hour
sessions, with the goal of jumpstarting your practice. Students attending this training must provide proof that they have attended
that level training with a Reiki Master.

Coaching
Are you getting the most out of your Reiki Practice? Are you looking to delve deeper into the spiritual nature of Reiki? Need
to work through some personal healing? Reiki Coaching is private one on one discussion and practice geared toward helping you reach
your goals for your Reiki Practice and your Wellness. Duration of coaching is determined by the client, it might be one session to
set a goal and develop an action plan, weekly, monthly or quarterly sessions for on going support. If you are interested in what the
